The following details must be given special attention to before submitting the form:

1. Signature forms must be duly signed by the applicant. Even if some one else fills the applicant's form, the applicant must remember to check and sign it in the end.

2. Non-English documents must be accompanied by their English translations, not necessary an official one.

3. Checks: checks must be correctly addressed. Name of the department that handles these proceeding should be correctly mentioned.

Finally, though form filling can be a tedious procedure, not all cases of application might be very complicated. Therefore, an attempt must be made to file the application by the applicant himself and seek help only where required.
